We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Controller to join our team
This role is pivotal to the financial success of our organization, and will be responsible for managing all aspects of our financial operations
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing financial systems, preparing monthly reports, overseeing payroll, and ensuring all financial procedures are in compliance with legal regulations

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations, including monthly reporting, financials, ledger, consolidations, month-end close, financial statements, capital, and payroll.
• Develop and implement financial strategies for the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and procedures.
• Manage the preparation of the company's budget and financial forecasts.
• Oversee the production of monthly reports as well as financial statements and cash flow projections.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required
  
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial regulations.
• Proven experience with financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and financial analysis.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software and related systems.
• Demonstrated experience in financial planning and strategy, managing profitability, strategic planning, quality management, promoting process improvement, forecasting, corporate finance, developing budgets, and financial skills.
