Responsibilities of the Controller:
- Internal and external financial reporting
- Technical accounting resource and GAAP compliance
- Development and maintenance of MRP system from an Accounting standpoint
- Coordinating preparation and review of tax returns and filings
- Managing accounting staff
Qualifications of the Controller:
- 5+ years of experience
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
- MBA or a CPA
- External financial reporting experience required
- Manufacturing / Cost Accounting experience
