Overview of the Controller role: As a Controller at our client's company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the accounting operations and contributing to the organization's success. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing all aspects of accounting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conducting regular financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support for various projects and initiatives.
- Monitoring cash flow, optimizing working capital, and managing risk through effective financial planning.
- Leading the annual audit process and coordinating with external auditors.

Preferred qualifications for the Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field minimum
- CPA required
- Healthcare experience required
