Controller/CFO

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Controller/CFO (Chief Financial Officer) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and accounting, with the ability to oversee all aspects of our financial operations.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial reporting.

Manage and oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and reporting requirements.

Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial performance.

Supervise and mentor accounting and finance teams.

Provide financial analysis and guidance to senior management to support decision-making.

Oversee the implementation of financial systems and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or MBA is a plus.

Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in financial management and accounting.

Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Experience in a supervisory role is preferred.

Salary:

Annual salary range of $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
