The Control Center Operator is responsible for coordinating, monitoring and operating pumping equipment for Crude Oil/Hazardous Liquid or Natural Gas systems at defined parameters to ensure uninterrupted safe delivery of products to a specified delivery point. Coordinates pumping methods, valve activity, tank levels, chemical changes, and other system operational strategies.

• Monitor and control pipelines, pump stations, and terminals, including the operational condition of natural gas liquids in and out of pipeline systems, terminals, Offload Facilities, and Production Facilities.

• Coordinate system operations between internal and external customers and field personnel.

• Document and maintain maintenance logs for upcoming and completed projects.

• Coordinate and test on the operation of new/acquired assets within a production facility or pipeline system,

• Schedule and coordinate delivery of hazardous liquids via truck or pipeline to specific offload terminals, custody transfer sites or third party delivery points.

• Maintain records in compliance with PHMSA Control Room Management (D.O.T requirements).

• Operators are considered "essential" personnel and may be required to be on call or complete an extended shift during an upset or emergency related to systems under their control. This can be in a short notice.

• The Control Center Operator works under limited supervision and exercises authority on a DOT Regulated Pipeline System or Non-Regulated Production & Pipeline Gathering System.

• The Control Center Operator dispatches works and checks for operational readiness, including advising coworkers of system status at shift change.

• Knowledge of Pipeline, Crude Oil Production, Natural Gas, Hazardous Liquid, Compression, or Terminal Operations Systems.

• Knowledge of (SCADA) Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition Systems related to Hazardous Liquids or Natural Gas.

• Understanding of Cause & Effect and Piping & Instrumentation Drawings

• Basic knowledge of radio communication, Programmable Logic Controllers, Remote Telemetry Units, Mapping Systems, or Field End Devices.

• Ability to work night and weekend shifts and holidays, rotating shifts, and may be required to work overtime
