Overview Our Contract Support Administrator will use utilize and enhance their skills in goverment contracting and analysis by supporting programs related to the development and acquisition of space vehicles for various legacy programs of the DOD and Intelligence communities. The support and expertise you provide will directly impact the objectives of our national defense and security. Responsibilities The Contracts Support Administrator (CSA) position supports the Office of Contracts with all forms of contract related administrative support through all phases; to include contract award, administration of the resulting contract, and contract closeout. The CSA shall also provide day-to-day office management support. Specific responsibilities may include: General office management to include logistical support, typing, formatting of documents, file maintenance, photocopying, scheduling meetings, and calendar management Maintain hard copy and electronic copy of contract files within NRO's EpX Studio contract wiring system Finalize and distribute contractual documents both internal and external parties Serve as focal point for invoice and modification rejection and work with the Contracting Officer to resolve discrepancies Maintain files using MS Office Suite of tools Assist with invoice processing, including processing of paper invoices Draft tracking system for action items Prepare minor contract modifications to include supporting documentation such as funding requirements, award fee, period of performance changes Interface with NRO Management Systems, such as NEAR, NFIS, FIT, FIRsT, EpX Studio, eRCA, and other NRO financial Management tools Prepare reports for the Contracting Officer, Team Chief, or Senior Contracting Officer (SCO) Prepare and submit expired contracts into the contract closeout process (i.e., settlements) Report suspected instances of fraud, and other legal offenses Skills Required Active TS/SCI Clearance with CI poly required, Full Scope Poly (FSP) is a plus Intelligence Community (IC) experience required Contracts Support Administrator (CSA) must have prior experience supporting an office of contracts Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (Bachelor's degree, a plus) Education High school diploma required.
