We are seeking a skilled Contracts/Subcontracts Administrator to join our dynamic team and support the company with overseeing the contracts/subcontracts function and developing and maturing related processes, policies, and tools. As a Contracts & Subcontracts Administrator, you will play a key role in our organization's contract management process. You will be responsible for overseeing contract activities, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and managing the subcontracts life-cycle. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, from negotiation and drafting to execution and close-out. Review, analyze, and interpret contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance. Prepare and administer subcontracts, including solicitation, negotiation, and award phases. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., legal, finance, accounting, division leaders, program managers) to ensure contract terms meet business objectives. Assist Program Controllers, as required, to track resource management, funding, burn rates, ETCs, and other program financials. Prepare and negotiate non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and other company partnering agreements. Provide solicitation and proposal analysis to bid and proposal teams. Serve as the primary professional point of contact for contractual matters and provide guidance to project teams, industry teaming partners, and government contracting personnel. Monitor contract performance to ensure all parties meet obligations and resolve any issues that arise. Maintain accurate contract records and documentation for audits and compliance purposes. Assist in developing and implementing contract and subcontract management policies and procedures. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to contracts and subcontracts. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in contracts and subcontracts administration in the government contracting field. Experience with various contract types, including fixed-price, time and material, and general service administration schedules. Proven track record of managing complex contracts and subcontracts. Strong understanding of the FAR. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently under tight deadlines. Experience with OTAs is preferred. TS security clearance a plus.
