Contracts Receivable Specialist - Remote Flexibility

- Due to growth, they are hiring a Contracts Receivable Specialist in their DC location. This position is hybrid (4 days REMOTE, 1 day in office).

Overview of the Contracts Receivable Specialist role:
- Creates invoices for an array of contracts and grants from local, state, federal, and private donors.
- Activates awards, projects, activities in relation to the contract/grant.
- Reconcile and analyze revenue/unbilled amounts monthly.
- Ad hoc reporting/projects.
Preferred Qualifications for the Contracts Receivable Specialist:
- 3-5 years of Contracts/AR experience
- Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Workday system experience is a PLUS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
