Job Details- Contract review and management - Assist with basic contract review with attorney supervision, management of the company's CLM including documents and associated metadata, create policies and procedures surrounding the company's CLM, update form documents as needed.
- Real property - Assist with basic lease review and develop the company's real estate document database, manage real estate expirations and renewals.
- Risk management/claims - Coordinate with the key stakeholders in the company to engage in fact finding regarding potential and pending claims.
- General legal support - Partner with other legal department teams to deliver timely, high-quality legal services to business units as needed, assist with developing and maintaining policies and procedures, and assist in building risk management processes and controls.
