Negotiation with DOD, NSA, Government contracts.
NO Travel
100% onsite.

Responsibilities:

Acts as a focal point for official communications with customers.

Administers contracts at a Senior level "cradle to grave".

Prepares contracts and researches the legality of various agreements.

Remain abreast of current FAR, DFAR, Export Control and various other government regulations and practices and communicate any changes as appropriate.

Resolves performance and other contract administration issues with the customers.

Responsible for export licensing

Responsible for all aspects of contract negotiating.

Specific knowledge: Contract negotiations, Communication, Computer skills to include MS Office products, Leadership, Time management to include working with deadlines.

Business understanding: Must be analytical, detail oriented, able to multi-task, manage and deal with ambiguity and have good business acumen.

Experience :

7+ years of Contract and/or Procurement in a DOD environment

Must be US Citizen or Green Card holder.

A cademic background :

JD, CPCM or equivalent; BA/BS as a minimum
