We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Contracts Administrator/Corporate Paralegal to join our elite legal team. Responsibilities:

As a Corporate Paralegal, you will be the backbone of our legal team, providing high-level support in a variety of capacities. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Assisting with all aspects of corporate governance, including the preparation of board materials, corporate resolutions, and meeting minutes.
2. Managing the administration of contracts, from the initial drafting to the final execution and archival.
3. Maintaining and updating our trademark database to ensure proper protection of our corporate intellectual property.
4. Overseeing the upkeep of corporate minute books, ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with legal standards.
5. Liaising with various internal departments and external entities, providing them with necessary legal and administrative support.
6. Conducting legal research and preparing reports on various corporate legal issues.

Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will be a driven, detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of corporate law. The qualifications for this position include:

1. A bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal or in a similar role.
3. Demonstrable knowledge of contract administration and corporate governance.
4. Proficiency in managing a trademark database.
5. Experience in maintaining corporate minute books.
6. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
7. Strong research and report-writing skills.
8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
