Position: Contracts Administrator

Overview:
We are a leading construction company in Delray Beach, FL, seeking a skilled Mid-Level Contracts Administrator to contribute to our team's success.
Responsibilities:
- Document Management: Organize and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and correspondence.
- Administrative Coordination: Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and organize project files. Manage installation schedules and order job materials.
- Procurement Oversight: Obtain bids, process invoices, and track material deliveries to ensure project progress.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to foster collaboration.
- Project Material Preparation: Create and distribute reports, presentations, and documentation to keep stakeholders informed.
- Support for Project Managers: Provide administrative support to project managers and supervisors to ensure project efficiency.
- Communication Facilitation: Ensure smooth information flow between project team members and resolve communication barriers.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of change orders, Requests for Information (RFIs), and submittals.
- Project Activity Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, and project-related activities.
- Project Closeout Assistance: Coordinate project closeout activities, including documentation compilation and final inspections.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in project coordination or administration within the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
