Primary Responsibilities:
Assist with daily living activities such as serving meals, feeding, and dressing residents.
Assist with lifting, ambulating, turning, and positioning residents, and helping them into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, lifts, etc., while following resident-specific safety needs.
Help prepare residents for transporting or getting back from appointments, activities, and social programs.
Track and document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records in a timely fashion.
Review care plans routinely as residents' needs change.
Participate in and receive nursing report at beginning of shift and during shift change.
Care for residents' personal needs & hygiene by giving baths, back rubs, shampoos, shaves, assisting with bathroom trips, and changing bedpans and/or urinals.
