The last seven (7) years must be specialized in professional services support. This support must cover contract life-cycle (pre-award, post-award, policy and closeout) experience using FAR Part 15 and SAP procedures, negotiating unique contract Terms and Conditions, using a variety of contract types such as: fixed price, cost plus fixed fee, IDIQ, requirements, time and material, and agreements. Experience preparing the requisite supporting documentation from requirement generation through contract award for sole source and competitive procurements. Post award experience in the administration of terms and conditions negotiating change orders, preparation of contract modifications, evaluation of performance, contract termination and contract closeout. Experience in modular contracting techniques is a plus.
