Contract Recruiter - Bilingual Preferred

Essential Responsibilities:
Responsible for following internal recruiting cycle for every position assigned. This includes but is not limited to: understanding job profile, screening resumes, managing & conducting interviews, coordinating logistics and providing feedback to hiring manager.

Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.

Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.

Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements

Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules, welcoming applicant to interviews, arranging facility tours and other duties to ensure that candidates have an enjoyable interview.

Coordinate job offers and oftentimes, conduct job offers to applicants, including, creating offer letters.

Improve organization attractiveness by providing feedback on topics such as but not limited to: new policies and practices, compensation practices, benefits and other perks.

Partner with the Human Resources team to avoid legal challenges and also understand current employment law practices.

Manage and update company's applicant tracking system (ATS) and other internal documents as needed to ensure efficient and open communication.

Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, sociology or related field required

3+ years' experience in a full-cycle recruitment role in manufacturing, production, administrative or related experience required

Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Google applications

Demonstrated knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and ability to source, screen, interview, shortlist and close candidates

General knowledge of employment best practices and compliance laws

Demonstrated experience using various online recruitment platforms such as: LinkedIn, Indeed, Craigslist, internal applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and in teams

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work with different levels of the organization

Ability to work well under pressure and with multiple personalities, changing schedules, prioritizing and unexpected events.
