is seeking a Sales Business Development Professional for our Southern WI market
The desired candidate would be willing to travel in and around Beloit, WI, and surrounding areas

This position is hybrid but requires someone from our local market or nearby.
Commission only
No set hours.
Contract

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company
This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills
They should be able to think critically when making plans and demonstrate the ability to execute a particular strategy

Essential Job Functions:
Set up meetings by generating cold calls to current and potential clients

Develop, maintain, and manage individual Sales Pipelines.
Follow a consultative sales process to develop new business opportunities.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment

Possesses strong negotiation skills

Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships and appropriate rapport with all levels within client organizations, candidates, internal colleagues, and management

Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the staffing industry

Able to prioritize tasks to meet individual and business goals.

Qualifications:
Prior industry-related business development experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
