Location: Manchester Iowa area

Wage: Up to $90k / year + full benefits package

A local Northeast Iowa based manufacture is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer who will primarily be responsible for working with teams to lead the implementation and maturation of strategic Lean processes. This is a direct hire, meaning - the right ft candidate will directly onto the hiring company's payroll and be eligible for their robust benefits package.

What you get to do:

Identifying and leveraging best practices in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement-related processes
Assisting in development of CI strategy and identifying opportunities for improvement across the organization
Evaluating and interpreting both industry requirements and internal Quality Management Systems requirements with the goal of developing company procedures and instructions.
Helping site Quality teams and / or senior Quality leadership as subject matter expert to investigate and correct quality issues and establish continuous improvement opportunities
Lead and facilitate projects generated from our High-Performance Team Board process.
Lead and facilitate installation and implementation of ISO-9001 quality management systems.

What we need from you:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
Lean and /or 6-Sigma Green belt-a definite plus
Proven high level of Microsoft Excel skills required.
Leadership: a demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others
Planning: an ability to think ahead and plan.
The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Problem analysis and problem resolution at an organizational level.
