- The Content Specialist is responsible for researching, creating, and optimizing digital and sales enablement content, such as sales presentations, case studies, blog posts, white papers, emails, social posts, infographics, value statements, video scripts, etc.
- They will develop a deep understanding of Capstone's brand and product value propositions and how different marketing channels work together to drive lead generation, engagement, retention, and new sales.
- A perfect candidate for this role is an engaging storyteller who can compose exceptionally clear and compelling stories and utilize their understanding of the buyers' journey, behavior, and pain points.
- Experience creating sales presentations and proposals, sell sheets, and customer case studies is highly desirable
- Experience in graphic design, website & social media content, SEO, or web advertising is a preferrable
- This position works closely with the Digital Marketing and Lead Gen specialists on aligning all digital content and collaborating with vendors, agencies, and freelancers.
- This is a highly visible role with a significant impact on the brand's success and the company's growth.
- Develop new marketing content in different formats (written, visual, graphic) that is relevant and SEO discoverable to drive web and social media traffic and generate leads.
- Support the sales team and lead generation with engaging content for sales presentations, proposals, and other sales collateral.
- Investigate content topics, interview subject matter experts, extract key insights for creating multimedia content, and stay current on industry developments.
- Work effectively as part of the larger marketing team.
- Manage content calendar, set monthly priorities, and ensure content projects are completed on time and with the highest quality.
- Collaborate with marketing vendors, agencies, and freelancers.
