We are hiring for a Content Promotion Specialist join our Software Development team on a full-time, direct basis at our office in . This person will receive, build, test, and deploy a variety of promotions (local & national) to the field for our clients.

Primary Responsibilities:
Review submissions from client marketing agencies.
Write JSON code to dictate the placement of text fields and other data on our Digital Menu Board products.
Verify placement of data on the menu boards in a QA environment.
Ensure the successful deployment of changes to on-screen data / content.
Assist internal Support team in resolving customer issues.
Document updates & improvements to existing workflows and processes.
Perform other duties, as assigned.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications:
High School Degree (or equivalent) is required; completion of technical coursework (especially with Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology IT , or other technical fields) is preferred.
2 years of professional experience working in IT-oriented roles.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; familiarity working within the JSON structure is preferred.
Experience working with Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
Experience with utilizing tools like Excel and/or Jira is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated demeanor with the proven ability to multi-task and to manage your time efficiently.
CM knowledge is preferred.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
