JOB REQUIREMENTS Education High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. Experience Minimum of one-year experience in a call center preferred. Uses computer, telephone, copier, fax, scanner and adding machine. Lifting up to 50 lbs., carrying up to 20 lbs., pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs. JOB SUMMARY Telephone Answering Service Operator will interface with customers via inbound and outbound calls for providing telephone answering service. Responsibilities include Processing and prioritization of emergency and non-emergency calls; Taking and dispatching messages; Use of quick typing skills ( 40 wpm minimum); Refined customer service functions; Use of high-level communication skills; Use of medical terminology; Use of call center software; Ability to flourish in team centered environment.
