Construction Technician

TalentBridge is hiring an entry level Construction Field Technician in the Greater St. Louis, MO area.

Technicians will work on a variety of projects, performing various tests and inspections on construction materials depending upon experience level. Written and electronic reports must be completed regularly and verbal communication with site and office personnel is required. Any construction experience a plus, but not required. Must want to work outside. Looking for someone who wants to learn and build a career.

Valid driver's license/good driving record required (must be insurable). Must be able to pass background test and drug screening.

Main Duties:

Performs field quality control tests on plastic concrete.

Performs field density testing on soil, asphalt and aggregate.

Performs routine laboratory tests on soil, concrete, asphalt and other construction materials.

Prepares written daily field observation reports and summary reports.
