BBSI is currently recruiting for a Construction Supervisor for our local Habitat for Humanity of Lincoln County. Position Summary: As a Construction Supervisor, you will oversee construction projects, working closely with volunteers to ensure successful execution. Your role will involve managing teams, coordinating tasks, and maintaining safety standards. Responsibilities: Allocate tasks to volunteer teams and ensure efficient project execution. Supervise construction work, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines. Provide guidance and support during construction tasks. Manage CHRP projects (Critical Home Repair Program) Work closely with project managers and assist with hands-on construction activities. Ensure all job sites are OSHA approved. Address any safety concerns promptly. Maintain understanding of local and state building codes. Experience, Skills, and Abilities: Minimum of 3 years in construction supervision or related field. Experience working with volunteers is a plus. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to motivate and guide diverse volunteer teams. Proficiency in construction techniques and safety practices. Strong organizational skills. Basic computer skills, including email and word processing.
