Construction Supervisor

Description: We are looking for someone to perform Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) services for primarily landfill and landfill gas construction projects within the Southeast (mainly GA) Conduct daily site inspections of construction being performed at landfill sites. Oversight and inspection engineering management of landfill gas and landfill construction (cell and closure) to ensure compliance with design plans. Construction quality assurance (CQA) for compliance with drawings and technical specifications. Landfill gas or remedial system maintenance and monitoring. Coordinate with General Contractors and Subcontractors. Responsible for submitting a daily written and photo log reports. Preparation of construction documentation reports as requested. Assist in training engineering technicians, associate staff, and staff professionals in field activities. Assists in office operations when requested. Additional Skills & Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in active construction sites or engineering field oversight preferred. A valid driver's license with a driving record in good standing required. Comfortable with consistent travel: travel schedule is 3-4 weeks on the road at construction sites and one week home. Ability to use Microsoft Office and read maps and construction plans/blueprints required. Ability to edit or mark up PDF drawings. Strong oral presentation, and written communication skills. Geosynthetics and soils knowledge preferred.
