We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team. This role will focus on telecommunications construction, specifically in the area of fiber optics design and deployment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and development to execution and completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Construction Supervisor or Manager with a strong background in Telecommunication Construction, Fiber Optic Design, Fiber Deployment, and Broadband to make a significant impact on our ongoing projects.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all stages of project life cycle, managing construction activities and ensuring they align with project objectives and plans.
2. Develop and implement project work plans, schedules, and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
3. Supervise and direct onsite construction teams, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
4. Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear and consistent communication.
5. Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress, promptly identifying and resolving any issues or obstacles.
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and codes of practice.
7. Coordinate and oversee the installation and deployment of fiber optics and broadband systems, ensuring all work is carried out to specification and within the agreed timeframe.
8. Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management, highlighting any risks or issues and proposing appropriate solutions.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Construction Supervisor or Manager role, with a focus on Telecommunication Construction.
3. Demonstrated expertise in Fiber Optic Design, Fiber Deployment, and Broadband.
4. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
5. Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects from conception to completion.
6. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of delivering results through others.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
8. Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
9. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
