Construction Superintendent

Scout1Solutions is seeking a Superintendent to join an ENR Top 100 GC for a High-Rise project in the Naples area. The Superintendent must have Structural Expertise and the ability to Lead, Schedule and Plan High-Rise construction Start-to-Finish. Must be local to the Naples/Ft. Myers area.

Responsibilities

- Oversees, manages and documents all day- to- day job site activities including Coastal and OSHA safety compliance requirements.

- Directs field personnel according to the project plan

- Develops start- up schedule with the General Superintendent and/or Project Managers

- Ensures that all products and materials incorporated into the project are per approved submittals and contract documents.
