A Commercial Construction company is seeking a Superintendent to coordinate and lead their field team. This is an excellent opportunity with a leading builder to build custom homes.

Superintendent Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial construction, multifamily wood frame with concrete elements, and some spec production
• Knowledge and expertise in lite commercial projects, including live/work units, retail spaces, offices, and restaurants
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in the construction field
• Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the industry, showcasing a solid foundation of knowledge and skills
• Ability to manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence
• Proficient in coordinating subcontractors, scheduling, and resource allocation for efficient project execution
• Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• Proven track record of successful project completions, meeting or exceeding client expectations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality control and attention to craftsmanship
• Experience in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and cost control measures
• Excellent leadership skills, able to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals
• Proficiency in project management software and other relevant construction technology tools
• Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic construction environment
• Proactive and results-driven, dedicated to delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget.
