VENTEON is hiring an Construction Field Coordinator to join our team for an exciting project in South Carolina.
Responsible for coordinating between the installation contractor, subcontractors, project management team, Field Equipment Installation Coordinator, and Field OEM Installation Coordinator to ensure effective implementation of project installations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the installation contractor, subcontractors, project management team, Field Equipment Installation Coordinator, and Field OEM Installation Coordinator for all installation-related activities.
- Coordinate the implementation of installation processes and procedures, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics coordination, to support field equipment installation activities and OEM equipment installation requirements.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives and priorities, particularly regarding installation requirements for field equipment and OEM equipment.
- Work closely with the Field Equipment Installation Coordinator and Field OEM Installation Coordinator to monitor installation progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.
- Provide support and guidance to the project management team in analyzing installation-related data and preparing reports and presentations.
- Coordinate change management processes related to installations, including the review and approval of change requests and the implementation of approved changes.
- Assist in project planning and forecasting activities related to installations by providing input and insights based on project data and analysis
- Ensure that installation activities are conducted in accordance with project requirements, industry standards, and best practices, and that they support the overall success of the project
