Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
  • Collaborate with project team members to gather information and data necessary for schedule creation and updates.
  • Analyze project plans, specifications, and documents to identify critical path activities and potential scheduling conflicts.
  • Conduct baseline schedule review, monthly updates, and time impact analyses.
  • Communicate schedule updates and changes effectively to project team members and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular progress meetings to assess project status and address any scheduling concerns.
  • Monitor project milestones and deadlines to ensure project progression and completion in a timely manner.

Requirements
  • A degree in architecture, engineering, or construction is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction scheduling or related field.
  • Expert-level plan-reading skills required.
  • Experience with time impact analysis is required.
  • Claims experience preferred.
  • Expert user of project scheduling software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify critical path activities and potential scheduling conflicts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with project team members and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and terminology, preferably in the field/on-site experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
