We currently have a great assignment for a Construction Representative. This individual will support our client, a design, program management (PM) and construction management (CM) firm based out of Massachusetts, with projects around the world. Job Responsibilities
The Construction Representative will become a part of our client's Project Management / Construction Management (PM/CM) team in Milwaukee, WI. The Construction Representative will perform construction inspection of basic to moderate complexity.
Responsibilities of the Construction Representative include:
- Tracking construction progress
- Monitoring construction activities to confirm conformance with contract documents
- Coordinating material testing (if not supplied by the contractor)
- Processing RFIs and submittals
- Engaging engineering resources as needed
- Preparing daily reports to document progress
