We are looking for the right person to join our team as an Electrical Project Superintendent. Is that you? If so, we want to talk to you. Responsibilities As an Electrical Superintendent, your key responsibility will be to serve as a key team member associated with providing field and technical expertise for electrical and controls work on selected projects. This position works closely with the Project Manager and Project Superintendent to ensure the successful completion of the electrical systems. A. Pre-Construction Assist in the scope of work preparation and pre-award interviews. Assist in the development of electrical bid packages. Provide constructability review and recommendations. Coordination with the design team during design phase. B. Construction Perform work plans, schedules, and budget reviews. Develop and track schedules. Provide field coordination among trades. Work with Quality Inspectors and review all installed work. Troubleshoot electrical field problems. Coordinate and assist with: Witness systems testing Local building authority inspections Commissioning of systems C. Demonstrate a working knowledge of: Electrical systems and work Low voltage systems Controls and systems work Electrical gear and equipment Temperature controls and other control systems Key Attributes Comfortable at the table with all levels of leadership Collaborator Integrity Organized and systematic Proactive Problem Solver with outstanding interpersonal skills Commitment to Excellence What it takes 5-10 years of construction experience in the trades, design industry or field construction with hands-on experience installing electrical systems.
