Roles and Responsibilities:

Job Summary/Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team, focusing on civil, structural, and architectural disciplines. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing construction projects, with a specific emphasis on clean room construction experience.

Specific Job Duties:
  • Oversee and coordinate construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Manage and lead project teams, providing guidance to civil, structural, and architectural disciplines.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including detailed scope, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and identify potential issues.
  • Interface with clients, addressing concerns and providing project updates.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
  • Special emphasis on expertise in clean room construction projects.
  • Direct tier 1 contractors to execute construction tasks per needs of the project and meet required specifications.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Skills and Qualifications:

Education, Training, Certification(s) and Minimum years of experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Proven experience in civil, structural, and architectural disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of clean room construction processes and requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Solid understanding of project management software and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems efficiently.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Software, and Tools
  • Cost management (Bid evaluation, change order review, estimation).
  • Contract management (AIA, others).
  • Schedule management (P6, MS Project).
  • AHJ Coordination (Local, State, Federal)
