A well established local construction company has hired Aspen Personnel to find a Construction Project manager to join their fabulous team.

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to spearhead healthcare projects, providing comprehensive leadership in day-to-day execution, cost management, quality assurance, risk mitigation, safety compliance, and schedule adherence. Beyond project oversight, the role entails fostering a collaborative environment within the team and cultivating strong relationships with clients, design professionals, trade partners, and local communities.




Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and inspire project teams to achieve exceptional project outcomes.

  • Manage project finances, including estimate uploads, cost control, productivity tracking, monthly forecasting, and billing.

  • Cultivate positive owner relationships and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.

  • Collaborate on the development and implementation of project-specific safety initiatives.

  • Identify and address project risks, ensuring a proactive approach to risk management.

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of project schedules in collaboration with the project superintendent.

  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of project scope and bid packages, including trade partner buy-out and ongoing cost management.

  • Champion Company initiatives in innovation and Lean project delivery.

  • Support team member career development and conduct performance management reviews.

  • Contribute to self-perform work initiatives.

  • Lead preconstruction efforts in collaboration with the Company preconstruction services team.

  • Assist in the development of targeted business development and marketing strategies, playing a key role in SOQ and project interview processes with support from the Company marketing team.





Qualifications:



  • 7 10 years' experience in healthcare-related project management, handling projects within the range of $20m - $75m.

  • Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to foster positive team health and morale.

  • Proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint), Procore, Timberline (Sage 300).

  • Familiarity with alternate project delivery methods (GC/CM, design-build, CMAR).

  • Desire for professional growth and advancement opportunities to a senior project manager or project executive.




Compensation and Benefits:



  • Salary Range: $95,000 to $130,000.

  • Annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.

  • Vehicle allowance.
