Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of construction projects. This role involves managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial conception to final delivery, while ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and client expectations.

Job Responsibilities

- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Plan and coordinate construction activities on daily basis
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements
- Attend educational workshops, trainings, and conferences for professional growth
- Write Requests for Information (RFIs) and analyze responses to prepare and process change orders
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery

Job Requirements

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management
- Experience in the commercial construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
