Construction Project Manager

Requirements & Skills: 5 or more years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial and or residential. Ability to work well with other Project Managers, Site Superintendents, ensuring all materials & subcontractors are ready & available to meet schedules. Supervises the crew, provides guidance when needed, evaluate progress, provide detailed reports, ensure adherence to all health and safety standards, report issues. Able to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to work well in stressful situations. In-depth understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles. Familiarity with quality, health, and safety standards. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, excellent organizational and time management skills. Responsibilities: Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine specifications of the project Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment & materials) from start to finish. Proven experience as construction project manager. Team player with leadership experience. Keep inventory of tools, equipment & machinery.
