Construction Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for field operations in our long-term projects with large builders. In the field they will communicate with the builder's superintendent or field operations ensuring the job site is running appropriately. They will take ownership of a job and corresponding community once the contract is issued and will be responsible from that point until 100% completion. They will have oversight on cabinets and parts ordered, along with coordinating installation and handling any necessary punch work. Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Occasionally work with design team on custom drawings to provide feedback on engineering. Approve cabinet, hardware and parts orders based on field dimensions. Coordinate installations and delivery. Oversee installers and provide direction where necessary. Perform field dimensions and post installation quality assurance walks. Work on punch list items for newly installed cabinets in homes. Load orders for necessary parts and pieces from quality assurance walks. Prompt and reliable attendance. Ability to interact professionally and courteously with customers and builder contacts. Develop positive working relationships with coworkers, supervisors, and company management. Additional duties as required. Essential Qualifications and Skills 4 Year Degree or Equivalent Experience. Ability to function effectively without daily oversight from management. Excellent verbal and communication skills. Demonstrated attention to detail coupled with organizational skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient use of computer systems such as Microsoft Office and web-based data systems. Ability to travel within assigned territory. Preferred Qualifications and Skills Prior experience directly installing cabinets. Experience and proficiency with CAD programs such as 20/20. Pay Range: $4,124.70 - $6,783.70 Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
