Description: + We are currently seeking a Project Manager with 10-15 years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager + Candidates should have experience managing $10M+ projects that are ground up multifamily projects (preferred) + The Project Manager will be 75% in office and 25% in the field + They will be leading 1-2 teams for 2 different projects, work with the Superintendent, estimate own jobs, attend OAC meetings, complete site walks, etc. + This company offers a great small-team environment - they understand we all have families and hobbies outside of work and they encourage work-life balance + Camaraderie is important and they often host team-building events and other activities + Based out of Downtown Denver Why you should be interested: + Unlimited PTO (after 6 months of employment), 6 holidays, car allowance, phone allowance, health insurance, and other benefits + Work-life balance + Projects in Denver Metro - no traveling. + Developer and General Contractor in house Qualifications: + 10-15 years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager + Experience managing $10M+ projects that are ground up multifamily projects preferred + Or experience with ground up office building project We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
