You'll manage all aspects of the construction process, from planning to delivery, ensuring projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of ground-up commercial construction management experience.
- Record of leading & completing quality projects on-time & within budget.
- Prefer college degree and/or other Construction Management training.
- Full comprehension of the construction process and practices.
- Experienced with blueprints, methods, scheduling & safety standards.
- Ability to effectively manage Construction Superintendents and Subcontractors.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project).
- Self-directed, proactive, decisive, and strategic in approach.
- Active listener with clear communication skills.
- Flexible and adaptable.
