Construction Project Manager:
The ideal candidate will oversee projects ensuring successful delivery in the Greater Boston area. You will be managing projects from $2M to $200M in scope. There is a company vehicle provided for travel to job sites.
Qualifications
- Competency in Construction Means and Methods
- Direct experience with projects in the Rail Industry related to Track, Signal, Bridge & Building, and Environmental
- Preferred industry experience with rail, highway, energy, bridges, large infrastructure
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience working in Construction Management.
- Proficient in Project Controls: Scheduling, and Resourcing
- Commercially astute with good negotiating skills.
- Experience with a Passenger Train system or a Class 1 Railroad is essential.
