Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage multiple construction projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timeline.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and supplier.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Handle day-to-day project operations, including procurement, quality control, and progress tracking.
    Construction Project Manager Skills:
  • 6+ years of experience in commercial construction management
  • Extensive knowledge of diverse commercial construction processes and methodologies
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skill
  • Proficient in construction project management software and tools
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Degree ion Construction Management or industry related
