Construction Project Manager

Description: We are currently seeking a Construction Superintendent with 5+ years of experience working for a general contractor for commercial healthcare projects. This person will be responsible for project schedules and site management to ensure project completion. Requirements: BS Degree in Engineering or Construction Management, OR relevant industry experience 5+ years of experience in commercial construction as a superintendent OSHA 30 Certification Qualifications and Skills: Preparing expense reports outlining cost estimates for suppliers, material, labor and other related costs Collaborating with Project Managers, clients and other management personnel when determining budgets and timelines Coordinating deliveries of material and equipment with suppliers and vendors Creating schedules for workers and subcontractors Maintaining a daily log of construction site operations and identifying any gaps or areas that need to be addressed Implementing techniques and strategies that are both efficient and cost-effective About Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
