Job Responsibilities
The Project Manager III will be responsible for supporting the project management team in the day-to-day management of 1 to 2 ongoing construction projects valued from $1M to $30M each.
The responsibilities of the Project Manager III include:
- Assisting the Government in:
- Site evaluations
- Field surveys
- Constructability and code compliance
- Develop the following:
- Scopes of work
- Cost Estimates
- Schedules
- Supporting the Government's tracking of construction progress, submittals, permit applications and invoicing
