The Position Prospect Capital is seeking a Project Management Analyst to join the team. The Project Management Analyst will be responsible for coordinating, evaluating, validating, and implementing assigned projects. The position also requires extensive interaction and coordination with both internal and external stakeholders. This individual will assist with the following: Project cost control management Developing, monitoring, and updating project cash flows monthly Monitoring against corporate budget governance and identifying any scope creep. Ensuring costs are accurately reflected in financial statements, future funding projections from external partners are accurately portrayed, and accurate annual cash flow forecasts are provided to portfolio management for annual budgeting needs. Maintaining a project tracking worksheet for the portfolio Ensuring appropriate level of detail and scope to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, meeting the need for timely and accurate project development and execution. Coordinating and integrating schedules from external partners responsible for the project execution. Working with external project managers to resolve critical issues. Developing and maintaining milestone schedules. Monitoring the project during all phases to identify real or potential deviations to project plans. Identifying scoping changes and cost implications, Analyzing impacts and adjusting project plans accordingly. Communicating variances to internal stakeholders. Developing project metrics or operational performance metrics to report on project performance. Developing and maintaining schedule metrics to communicate schedule status updates, planned action, and deviations requiring the development of recovery plans. Documenting and organizing comments on external partners' monthly reporting. Validating and maintaining data integrity in quarterly Capital Funding Requests received from external partners. Ensuring receipt of copies of contracts, change orders, permits, closeout documents, and warranties for all projects from external partners. Onboarding/implementing a Project Management platform, such as Smartsheet, PMWeb, or an equivalent PM platform. Participating in the stakeholders' review of construction reporting and key considerations with internal stakeholders. Process analysis and improvement Assist in the analysis of business processes, resource requirements, and work efficiency Developing, refining, and streamlining processes Performing research requests for information required to analyze complex or specialized problems. Developing and maintaining a cost database for projects, services, and items required for budget, acquisition, and disposition analysis on a regional basis. Some overnight travel is required. Recent graduates are welcome to apply. 0-3 years of full-time experience in a project management or financial role. Familiarity with Yardi or similar construction accounting software. Working knowledge of Smartsheet, ProCore, PMWeb, or other similar construction project management software. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, ETC.) is required, with advanced Excel Skills a must. The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000 plus annual discretionary performance-based bonus. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and performance.
