Construction Manager

We are looking for a detailed oriented Construction Manager with good communication skills to join our team. This position is located in the South Mills, NC area. WHO YOU ARE Quick Learner. WHAT YOU'LL DO Sub-Contractor Management: Responsible for scheduling daily tasks and ensure quality and completion as they relate to scope of work. County & Community Requirements: Read and interpret blue prints and building codes to adhere to the requirements. Ensure safety per OHSA guidelines. Communication: Good writing skills are a necessity when communicating with team members, customers, sub-contractors and County officials. Homeowner Interactions: Meet with customers on a regular basis, setting proper expectations of the building process. Variance Control: Create and manage budgets for each project including supplies, material and labor. REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2 years' experience within the home building industry.
