Description

We're looking for a Construction Manager to join our dynamic team at Mammoth Holdings and be part of our exciting journey in expanding our footprint across the nation's car wash industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all new store construction from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to company standards.

• Review and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress with general contractors.

• Collaborate with preferred developer partners to ensure projects are executed according to plan and specifications.

• Provide weekly progress reports to the Director of Construction and conduct regular OAC meetings.

• Review and approve general contractor change orders, pay applications, and lien waivers.

• Coordinate deliveries and installations with internal teams and external vendors.

• Manage subcontractor submittals in coordination with project architects and engineers.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties to streamline project execution.

• Review general contractor bids, offering feedback to the Director of Construction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial retail construction management.

• Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.

• Ability to organize, schedule, and conduct meetings effectively.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe, Bluebeam, and Procore is advantageous.

• Car wash industry experience is a plus but not required.

• Ability to work both in-office, remotely, and travel as needed (60% - 70% annually).
