Construction Laborer

We have expertise in earthwork, pipe installation, demolition, aggregate base layers, and paving work. We are looking to hire a construction laborer / certified flagger to join our team. Laborer Duties & Responsibilities could include but not limited to: Perform variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor in, roadway, excavation, parking lot, sidewalks, and infrastructure projects. Safely and correctly direct multi-directional traffic with appropriate signage Lay asphalt and mix, pour and smooth out to even out potholes or ditches. Assists in patching asphalt with hot and cold mix. Assist in installing various pipes and drains on construction projects. Installing traffic control devices. Minor service / maintenance on equipment. Safely flag construction projects. Good communication while flagging. Laborer Qualifications: Valid driver's license required. Must comply with all company safety policies. Construction and Flagging experience. Laborer Physical & Mental Demands: Extensive physical activity. Must work outdoors and in all weather conditions / terrain. Could be asked to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. EOE/M/F/Disabled/Veteran/DFSP
