Job Details

Position Summary: Construction Site Safety Manager will oversee safety procedures for all job sites in the Phoenix market with occasional travel to other markets. Responsible for the development, implementation, and direction of all construction site safety programs and policies.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and coaching related to health & safety matters on construction sites to management and personnel
• Manage post-incident investigations and action items
• Conduct periodic inspections
• Install safeguarding controls to reduce hazards and incidents
• Attend monthly safety committee meetings
• Develop training programs and facilitate learning
• Job safety analysis and improvements
• Detailed documentation: reporting, assessments, workers comp, and others as required
• Regular travel between job sites
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Technical or Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years health & safety experience
• 3+ years construction site health & safety experience
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA construction safety standards
• Training and facilitating experience
• Workers Compensation Claims Management
