Required Skills

3 plus years of industry related work, and proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry

Ability to Read and understand bid documents, including design drawings, specifications, and geotechnical reports, etc.

Extensive knowledge and proven experience in civil construction and site development Reading of civil blueprints

Valid Driver's License (Required)

Responsibilities

Provide a quality take-off to determine quantities, scope of work and required contents of the project.

Collect pricing from vendors/ subcontractors. Based on bid guidelines, create rough project schedules.

Provide value engineering. Review project addendums.

Prepare cost estimates for projects or services for bidding civil projects.
