Apply Description POSITION DESCRIPTION: A Construction Draw and Loan Servicing Specialist processes, tracks, posts, and maintains files on individual construction loans. This role also provides general administrative support to the Loan Officers in a professional office/client service environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and provides exceptional customer service. Experience in the construction or mortgage industry is a plus. This is an on-site role in Idaho Falls. A Construction Loan and Support Specialist's Day would generally look like but is not limited to; ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitoring emails for client's questions and construction activities. Input and setup of new budgets into the Construction platform for Commercial and Mortgage. Managing the draw requests and following up with clients and General Contractors for any missing information or incomplete documentation. Ordering inspections. Reviewing clients' draws for accuracy and compliance. Draw funding. Managing the final draws (ordering inspections, re-certifications of values, requesting required documentation from Builder/Borrower to process final draw). Managing upcoming construction term expirations. Work with the client and builder to process construction term extensions and or modifications for the permanent phase. Provide construction project status reporting to upper management. The main day to day will be primarily processing draws but will also include the following: Performing general clerical duties including data entry, boarding new loans to the core accounting system, escrow servicing, filing, loan payment processing, payoff letters, management of loan files. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Desired Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Loan servicing experience Construction loan administrator experience a plus. Quick learner and adapt to new processes and procedures. Technologically-savvy including but not limited to Adobe, Microsoft 365, Coe-banking software and other software platforms. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and resourceful. Capable of working independently and as a member of a team. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to work full time, 40 hours per week Ability to work additional hours if there is a business need Standing occasionally, 33%-65% per day To fulfill your essential job responsibilities, you must meet these physical requirements.
