Civil Litigation Firm Specializing in Insurance Defense. They cover first-party (recent law changes in Florida do not affect them. They have huge clients, & big cases), third-party, general liability, extra-contractual, bad faith, etc. They need an experienced Construction Defect Attorney to join their growing team. Billable Hours are 1875 (Flexible Firm, if you want to just bill 1875, they have no issues with that if you want to make more money bonuses start at 1900) Ex: Bill 2100 hours and you'll be paid $36,000 more a year.

Job Details

Requirements:

• 3 (+) years of Construction Defect Defense Litigation AND/OR 5 (+) years of Commercial Litigation experience
• Experience preparing pleadings & discoveries (associated with construction defect cases/Commercial litigation)
• The ideal candidate will have experience in handling hearings and depositions without extensive supervision
• Excellent Academic Credentials
