Construction Crew Member

Valor Contracting provides general contracting, design build, construction management, and tilt-up concrete services across the Fargo/Moorhead area and surrounding region. OUR OPPORTUNITY: Valor Contracting is currently looking for a motivated & responsible Construction Crew Member to join our group. As a Construction Crew Member for our company, you would be responsible for: Unloading materials Assembling and installing materials Keeping the job-site clean and organized Operating hand and power tools Assisting concrete, carpentry, and steel crews Additional duties as assigned To excel in this role, an individual will need to: Have reliable transportation to and from the job-site Enjoy working outside, in all weather conditions Be able to lift and carry 50-75 pounds Be able to lift, maneuver and climb varied size ladders, including 30 ft expandable ladders, and follow all ladder and roof safety compliance measures Have forklift experience (preferred, not required) Be responsible, accountable, dedicated, punctual, professional and dependable Pay Range - $19 - $32+/hour (Compensation is based on Total Rewards Package to include potential bonus' and 401K match) OUR BENEFITS: In addition to great co-workers, we offer full-time team members: Competitive wages based on experience 401K retirement plan with company match Health and Dental insurance plans, with employer premium contributions Health Savings Account (HSA) Paid Time Off (PTO) To learn more about our organization, visit our company website: Valor Contracting is an EEO/Affirmative Action/Veteran friendly employer.
